Today, technology has entered into all aspects of human life, and the dramatic changes taking place every day affect human life more and more. Hence, the success of governments, different industries, private and public companies, and individuals in a community is dependent on how technology is exploited and used. If there is to be a positive change in the organization, then we must first provide it and then implement it with a proper, comprehensive, consistent and coherent planning. The evolution of a necessity is inevitable. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between information technology and the attitude of a discourse on the process of modern business practices by creating an organizational transformation within the organization in a resilient economy. طی سالیان متمادی، فناوری تاثیر بسیار شگرفی بر توسعه روابط انسانی و پیشرفت تمدن بشری گذاشته است. امروزه دیگر فناوری به تمامی ابعاد زندگی بشری وارد شده و تحولات چشمگیری که همه روزه در آن صورت می پذیرد، زندگی انسانها را بیش از پیش تحت تاثیر خود قرار داده است. از این رو، موفقیت دولتها، صنایع مختلف، شرکتهای خصوصی و دولتی و تک تک افراد یک جامعه، به چگونگی بهره برداری و استفاده از فناوری وابسته شده است. اگر در سازمانی انتظار تغییر مثبت ( تحول ) را داشته باشیم نخست باید مقدمات آن را فراهم کنیم سپس با یک برنامه ریزی مناسب ، جامع ، مدون و منسجم اقدامات لازم را به اجرا بگذاریم . تحول یک ضرورت اجتنابناپذیراست. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین فناوری اطلاعت با نگرش تفکرسیستمی بر فرآیند شیوه های نوین کسب و کار با ایجاد تحول سازمانی درسازمان در شرایط اقتصاد مقاومتی می باشد. /downloadfilepdf/1075662
