To collect data from a questionnaire survey of mental disorders (SCL-90) and Resiliency Connor and Davidson were used. Data using multiple regression analysis were using SPSS software. Results showed a significant inverse relationship resiliency with mental disorders. Can be reasonably concluded tolerance predictions for mental disorders suffering patients with HIV / AIDS and diseases Health Mental behavioral health authorities should pay more attention to patients\\\' psychological health cover and swing training tolerance to help mental health patients. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه تاب آوری و اختلالات روانی در بیماران مبتلا به HIV/ADIS صورت گرفت. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع بنیادی و روش توصیفی - همبستگی استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری کلیه بیماران مبتلا به HIV/AIDS مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری شهرستان بندرعباس در سال 1393 بودند و از بین آن‌ها 86 نفر از جنسیت مرد و زن را شامل است که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های تحقیق از پرسشنامه ی اختلالات روانی (SCL-90) و تاب آوری کانر و دیویدسون استفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه‌ و تحلیل گردیدند. یافته ها رابطه معکوس معنادار تاب آوری با اختلالات روانی را نشان داد. همچنین نشان داد که تاب آوری بر سلامت روان به طور کلی و خرده مقیاس های جسمانی کردن، وسواس، حساسیت بین فردی، اضطراب، پرخاشگری، فوبیا و روان پریشی بیماران مبتلابه HIV/AIDS سهم معناداری دارد و بر اختلالات افسردگی و افکار پارانوئید سهم معناداری مشاهده نگردید. می توان نتیجه گرفت تاب آوری پیش بین قابل قبولی برای اختلالات روانی بیماران مبتلا به HIV/AIDS بوده و متولیان بهداشت و سلامت روان بیماری های رفتاری باید به بعد سلامت روان شناختی این بیماران توجه بیشتر بنمایند و با آموزش تاب آوری به سلامت روان این بیماران کمک کنند. /downloadfilepdf/1302207
