For this purpose, the number of prisoners per 100,000 population as dependent variable in the period of 2006-2017 has been used and the effect of variables of military cost, average income, unemployment, inflation on it using the econometric model of panel data Based on the results of the research, the thesis where the unemployment rate variable has a positive and significant impact on the number of prisoners per 100,000 population, it can be argued that if employment policies are used, crime can occur in It controls countries, while the inflation rate varies with the occurrence of crimes Not good Also, with the increase in military expenditure, the link between military costs and the occurrence of criminal offenses can not be positive and significant. Utilization is a more important variable in controlling security against inflation. از آنجا که با افزایش جرایم در یک کشور، هزینه‌های زیادی به حاکمیت و شهروندان تحمیل می‌گردد می‌بایست با استفاده از سیاست‌های مختلف میزان وقوع جرایم در کشور را کاهش داد و لازمه این مهم یافتن الگویی برای کاهش میزان وقوع این معضل اجتماعی است. بر این اساس این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی متغیرهای موثر بر جرایم در کشورها بوده تا باشناخت دقیق آن، راهکارهای مناسب جهت کاهش این معضل اجتماعی ارائه گردد. به این منظور از اطلاعات تعداد افراد زندانی در هر صد هزار نفر جمعیت به عنوان متغیر وابسته در دوره زمانی 2006-2017 استفاده شده و اثرگذاری متغیرهای هزینه نظامی، درآمد متوسط، بیکاری، تورم روی آن به وسیله‌ی الگوی اقتصادسنجی داده های تابلویی پرداخته شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق از آنجا که متغیر نرخ بیکاری دارای اثرگذاری مثبت و معنی‌دار بر تعداد زندانیان در هر صد هزار نفر جمعیت می‌باشد می‌توان بیان نمود که در صورتی که از سیاستهای اشتغال‌زایی بهره گرفته شود می‌توان وقوع جرایم در کشورها را کنترل نمود. این در حالی است که متغیر نرخ تورم بر روی وقوع جرایم دارای اثرگذاری معنی دار نمی باشد. علاوه بر موارد فوق با افزایش هزینه نظامی نمی‌توان وقوق جرایم را کاهش داد زیرا ارتباط بین هزینه نظامی و وقوع جرایم مثبت و معنی دار می‌باشد. بنابراین به سیاست‌گذاران اقتصادی و سیاسی توصیه می‌گردد که به منظور کنترل امنیت می‌بایست سطح بیکاری در کشور را کاهش دهند و متغیر بیکاری در کاهش معضل جرایم نسبت به متغیر تورم دارای اثرگذاری بیشتری می‌باشد. /downloadfilepdf/1369244
