The present study is an applied and quasi-experimental (pre-test and post-test with control group). The statistical population of the present study included all the high school students in Torbat Heydarieh Schools in the academic year of 1995-94. The sample (n = 40) was selected using multistage cluster sampling They were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups, and the subjects were asked to complete the questionnaire of the social skills questionnaire for adolescents this week in Beitzen and Foster (1992). For the experimental group, problem solving skills training was conducted for 8 sessions. After training for the experimental group, again, both groups were asked to complete the questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using covariance analysis. Results: The results of covariance analysis indicated that eight sessions of problem solving skills training improved the effective social relationships in the experimental group. Therefore, based on the findings of the findings, it can be said that problem-based skills training can lead to changes and improvements in socially effective relationships. این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت حل مسئله بر بهبود روابط موثر اجتماعی انجام پذیرفت. پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی و از نوع شبه آزمایشی (به صورت پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل) است. جامعه¬ی آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه¬ی دانش آموزان مقطع دبیرستان مدارس شهر تربت حیدریه در سال تحصیلی 94-95 بود. افراد نمونه¬ی مورد مطالعه (40N=) با استفاده از روش نمونه¬گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارش شدند و از آزمودنی ها خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه راهنمای پرسشنامه مهارت های اجتماعی نوجوانان ایندر بیکزن و فوستر (1992) را تکمیل نمایند. برای گروه آزمایش، آموزش مهارت حل مساله به مدت 8 جلسه انجام شد. پس از اجرای آموزش برای گروه آزمایش، مجدداً از هر دو گروه خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه مذکور را تکمیل کنند و سپس داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و نحلیل شد. نتایج:نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که هشت جلسه آموزش مهارت حل مساله باعث بهبودی روابط موثر اجتماعی در گروه آزمایش شده است. بنابراین باتوجه به نتایج مبتنی بر یافته¬ها می¬توان گفت که آموزش مهارت مساله به طور کلی می¬تواند منجر به تغییر و بهبودی روابط موثر اجتماعی گردد. /downloadfilepdf/1463525
