The statistical population of this study is all hospitalized patients, doctors and nurses of hospitals in Tehran in 2017 and a statistical sample is Razi Psychiatric Hospital.The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire that included 54 questions for the patient case, 26 questions for the nurse case and 28 questions for the doctor case in the form of three sections of admission, diagnosis and treatment.All statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS version 24 software.Using factor analysis with the varimix rotation for performing exploratory factor analysis showed that all three versions of the three factors are saturated. These 3 factors for the patient case are 68.832% of the variance, for nurse case 76.355% of variance, and for the doctor\'s case, 82.748% of the total variance is explained. In general, it is concluded that in the viewpoints of patients 40 cases, about the viewpoint of doctors and nurses, each of 26 cases has three important factors and these three factors can affect the process of admission, diagnosis and treatment. Also, considering that the reliability of all three factors and the overall reliability of all three versions were higher than 0.7, so, all three versions of the questionnaire had an acceptable reliability. بیمارستان‌ها مانند هر سازمان دیگری به منظور آگاهی از میزان مطلوبیت و مرغوبیت فعالیت‌هـا و خدمات ارائه شده‌ی خـود نیاز مبرم به نظام ارزیابی دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزشیابی فرایند پذیرش، تشخیص و درمان بیماران بستری از سه دیدگاه بیمار، پزشک و پرستار می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه بیماران بستری، پزشکان و پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران در سال 1396 بوده و نمونه آماری نیز بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی می‌باشد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که برای نمونه بیمار تعداد 54 سوال، برای نمونه پرستار تعداد 26 سوال و برای نمونه پزشک تعداد 28 سوال در قالب 3 بخش پذیرش، تشخیص و درمان را دارا بوده است. کلیه تجزیه و تحلیل‌های آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام شد. استفاده از تحلیل عاملی با چرخش واریمکس جهت انجام تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد هر سه نسخه از 3 عامل اشباع شده، این3 عامل برروی‌هم برای نسخه بیمار 83/68 درصد واریانس، برای نمونه پرستار 36/76 درصد واریانس و برای نمونه پزشک 75/82 درصد واریانس کل را تبیین می‌کنند. به‌طور کلی نتیجه گرفته می‌شود در خصوص دیدگاه بیماران 40 مورد، در خصوص دیدگاه پزشکان و پرستاران هر کدام 26 مورد در قالب سه عامل از اهمیت ویژه برخوردار بوده و این سه عامل فرآیند پذیرش، تشخیص و درمان را می‌توانند تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. همچنین با توجه به اینکه پایایی هر سه عامل و پایایی کلی هر سه نسخه بالاتر از 7/0 حاصل شده، لذا هر سه نسخه پرسشنامه از پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار بودند. /downloadfilepdf/1928843
