The present study is descriptive and correlational in terms of its purpose. The statistical population is all employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi, whose total number is 139. The sample was selected using the Morgan table formula and randomly selected 105 people. To collect the required data, a non-personality trait questionnaire (60 questions) and a standard questionnaire (5 questions about absenteeism) were used in Likert scale. The validity of the tool was confirmed by specialist professors and in this study, Cronbach\'s alpha method was used to examine the reliability of the tool, which is a coefficient greater than 0.7 and the tool has acceptable reliability. The data analysis method was processed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using Spss20 software. The findings showed that personality traits have the power to predict absenteeism from the staff of the Department of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi. هدف از تحقیق حاضر پیش بینی غیبت از کار بر اساس صفات شخصیتی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی بود. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی و از حیث روش توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری عبارت است از کلیه کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی، که تعداد کل آنها 139 نفر می باشد. نمونه با استفاده از فرمول جدول مورگان و به صورت تصادفی تعداد 105 نفر انتخاب شد. جهت جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد 60 سوالی ویژگی های شخصیتی نئو و پرسشنامه استاندارد 5 سوالی غیبت از کار ویسمن در مقیاس 5 گزینه ای لیکرت استفاده شد. روایی ابزار به تایید اساتید متخصص رسید و در این پژوهش از روش آلفای کرونباخ برای بررسی پایایی ابزار استفاده شد که این ضریب بزرگتر از 7/0 بود و ابزار از پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار می باشد. روش تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی به کمک نرم افزار Spss20 پردازش شده است. یافته ها نشان داد که صفات شخصیتی قدرت پیش بینی غیبت از کار کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان خراسان رضوی را دارد. /downloadfilepdf/2213977
