All children of any race, culture, religion, gender, social status, ability, or age have the right to meet their needs is a right that allows them to ultimately achieve their ability to grow physically and mentally until they reach an adult citizen Become responsible and interested in community affairs. On the other hand, due to the social and behavioral complexities of today\'s societies, especially in developing countries and the transition from tradition to modernity, the traditional view is still dominant, which should also be culturally pathologic. In fact, at the end of the second decade of the third millennium, the rights of the child are still facing many challenges, not only in Iran but elsewhere in the world. Many child education, development, health and support programs should be considered at national level with government support in large-scale planning. Of course, the duties of governments are not a reason for not denying the role of popular participation in the realization of the rights of the child. We hope that this research will be motivated and encouraged to inform the wider range of the society, which will be stepped up to work together to achieve children\'s rights. کنوانسیون حقوق کودک مصوب ٢ سپتامبر ١٩٩٠ مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد، به‌عنوان یکی از زیرمجموعه‌های مهم تحت نظارت شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد، با هدف دفاع از حقوق میلیون‌‌ها کودک در جهان، و نظارت بر رفتارهای مرتبط با ایشان تشکیل شد. همه کودکان از هر نژاد، فرهنگ، مذهب، جنسیت، مقام اجتماعی، توانایی یا سن حق دارند که نیازهای‌شان برآورده شود، منظور حقوقی است که به آن‌ها امکان دهد تا در نهایت توانایی خود به رشد جسمی و ذهنی برسند تا زمانی‌که به یک شهروند بزرگ‌سال مسئول و علاقه‌مند به امور جامعه تبدیل شوند.از طرفی به‌دلیل پیچیدگی‌های اجتماعی و رفتاری جوامع امروز، به‌خصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه و شرایط در حال گذار از سنت به مدرنیته آن‌ها، نگاه سنتی هنوز غالب است، که این موضوع باید از نظر فرهنگی نیز آسیب‌‌شناسی شود. در حقیقت می‌توان گفت در پایان دهه دوم هزاره‌ی سوم، هنوز حقوق کودک نه تنها در ایران بلکه در سایر نقاط جهان با چالش‌‌های زیادی مواجه است. بسیاری از برنامه‌های مربوط به آموزش، رشد، بهداشت و حمایت کودک باید در برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان در سطح ملی و با حمایت دولت‌‌ها مورد توجه قرار گیرد. البته وظایف دولت‌ها، دلیل بر نفی نقش مشارکت‌های مردمی در تحقق حقوق کودک نیست. امید که این پژوهش انگیزه و مشوقی ‌شود برای آگاه‌کردن طیف‌های وسیع‌تری از جامعه، که با همتی مضاعف در جهت تحقق حقوق کودکان گام‌های موثری برداشته شود. /downloadfilepdf/2547939
