The knowledge-based companies and the creation of such a development is the engine of development and the role of science and technology parks and development centers in the introduction and development of the company in national and international markets is undeniable. The aim of this study Interpretive Structural Modeling the challenges of knowledge based companies are located in Fars Science and Technology Park. The present study was an applied purpose and the method of exploratory mixed (qualitative content analysis using qualitative methods to achieve the basic model in the first part and using qualitative methods by using methods of Fuzzy screening and Interpretive Structural Modeling). The results show There are 26 problems in 8 dimensions The challenges of the lack of specialty of senior park managers, the instability of park management, the severe bureaucracy of the park\\\'s staff, the lack of a regulatory system in the park, the lack of a system of criticisms and suggestions in the park, the cost of renting high, the lack of a comprehensive support system from companies located in the park and the lack of infrastructural facilities affects all identified challenges. These challenges are, one of the most important damage to knowledge-based companies in Fars province. امروزه کشور ما جهت دستیابی به یک رشد و توسعه پایدار و فراگیر و رقابت در عرصه جهانی، نیازمند یک تحول اقتصادی از سطح اقتصاد منبع محور به سمت اقتصاد دانش‌محور است. در این میان، شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان موتور توسعه و ایجاد چنین تحولی محسوب می‌شود و نقش پارک‌های علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد در معرفی و توسعه‌ی این شرکت‌ها به بازارهای ملّی و بین‌المللی انکارناپذیر است. هدف از این پژوهش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری چالش‌های شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان واقع در پارک علم و فناوری فارس می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش، از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی (استفاده از روش کیفی تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهت دستیابی به مدل اولیه و استفاده از روش کمی پیمایشی و به‌کارگیری روش‌های غربالگری فازی و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری) می‌باشد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان از وجود 26 چالش در 8 بُعد دارد که چالش‌های عدم تخصص مدیران ارشد پارک، عدم ثبات در مدیریت پارک، بروکراسی شدید بخش ستادی پارک، عدم وجود نظام نظارتی در پارک، عدم وجود نظام انتقادات و پیشنهاد‌ها در پارک، هزینه اجاره بالا، فقدان نظام حمایتی جامع از شرکت‌های مستقر در پارک و کمبود امکانات زیرساختی بر کل چالش‌های شناسایی‌شده، تأثیر می‌گذارند. این چالش‌ها جزء مهم‌ترین چالش‌های شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در استان فارس می‌باشند. /downloadfilepdf/2689439
