Technology creates wealth. Factors that improve technological competitiveness include long-term planning horizons, research, creativity and innovation. Insurance company leaders need to design a specific goal or goal for followers clearly and precisely so that they can understand the current situation, analyze it and even be able to motivate and desire to change it and move to the desired position. Technological innovation; external competition has pushed companies to stay economical in the short run, seeking to reduce product development cycle times and bring new products to market faster.
