The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of board\'s characteristics on human resource productivity in companies admitted to Tehran Stock Exchange. Research hypotheses are based on the purpose of the above. For this purpose, 125 companies were selected for the period from 2011 to 1394. In this regard, the independence of the board of directors, the CEO\'s dichotomy, the size of the board, the financial knowledge and financial degree of the financial doctor of the board of directors are used as independent variable and human resource productivity as an associated variable. Statistical analysis of multivariate linear regression has been used to analyze the data and test hypotheses. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the independence of the board of directors, the financial knowledge of the board members and the academic achievement of the board of directors, with a significant positive effect on manpower productivity, the manager\'s dichotomy with the manpower productivity is inverse and between the size There was not a meaningful relationship between the board and the manpower productivity. بهره وری نیروی انسانی از موضوعات مورد توجه در تئوری و عمل می باشد، به گونه ای که بسیاری از سازمان ها، ارتقای بهره وری را در سرلوحه برنامه های خود قرار داده اند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر ویژگیهای هیئت مدیره بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی در شرکت های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد. فرضیه های پژوهش مبتنی بر هدف پیش گفته می باشد. بدین منظور 125 شرکت طی سال های 1390 الی 1394 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. در این راستا از مولفه های استقلال هیئت مدیره، دوگانگی مدیر عامل، اندازه هیئت مدیره، دانش مالی و مقطع تحصیلی دکترای مالی اعضای هیئت مدیره به عنوان متغیر مستقل و از بهره وری نیروی انسانی به عنوان متغیر وابسته استفاده گردیده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها نیز از روشهای آماری مبتنی بر رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون پژوهش نشان داد که بین مولفه های استقلال هیئت مدیره، دانش مالی اعضای هیئت مدیره و مقطع تحصیلی هیئت مدیره با بهره وری نیروی انسانی رابطه مثبت معنی دار، دوگانگی مدیر عامل با بهره وری نیروی انسانی رابطه معکوس وجود دارد و بین اندازه هیئت مدیره با بهره وری نیروی انسانی رابطه معناداری مشاهده نگردید. /downloadfilepdf/291262
